Today’s promise is Psalm 139:13, 14 (AMP):
“For You formed my innermost parts;
You knit me [together] in my mother’s womb.
“I will give thanks and praise to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Your works,
And my soul knows it very well.”
Devotion:
Beloved, let me make this crystal clear: You are the apple of your Father’s eye! You are not a mistake, you are not an accident, you are certainly not insignificant! The enemy would love nothing more than to have you believe these lies, and will go to great lengths to convince you of them. But make no mistake, before God lovingly handcrafted you, He created a PURPOSE for your life. A purpose filled with power and greatness for His Kingdom! But it is up to you to seek out that purpose. Don’t expect to find that purpose in other people, institutions, or vain philosophies. There is only ONE who holds the blueprints for your life, and He is the Great Architect. He has promised that if you call to Him, He will answer you, and show you great and mighty things you do not know…about YOU! (Jeremiah 33:3) Call to Him!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank You and praise You for Your love and attention to detail in my life! I want to know You! I want to know who I am in You! Father, I know You have created me to make a difference in this world, and to bring You honor and glory. Reveal to me Your plans for my life and grant me the faith to walk them out in the power of Your Son, the Risen Lamb of God! In His mighty name I pray, Amen!
