Blessings!
Today’s Promise is Isaiah 29:24 AMP:
“Those who err in mind will know the truth,
And those who criticize and murmur discontentedly will accept instruction.“
Devotion:
What an amazing promise! God never intended that there be so many denominations, each with their own doctrine. This is the work of the enemy, causing confusion, division, and strife in the Body of Christ. But this promise is for the house of Jacob, those who earnestly seek God’s face and strive for His presence. Saul (Paul) on the road to Damascus thought he was doing what God wanted him to do–until he saw the Light. Once he met Jesus, he understood. When we are willing to stop following after the traditions and teachings of man, and seek God with all of our hearts, He will give us understanding that unifies His Body in love. Then we will know the Truth, and the Truth will set us free!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, You are the source of all truth. Give me a heart that hungers and thirsts for relationship with You, that I may know all the things that You have freely given me, and not be led astray. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Have a victorious day in the Lord!
