Blessings Friends!
We had another awesome outreach at the 4th of July in the Park this year!
This was our second year reaching out to our community of Walla Walla with a prayer booth at our annual 4th of July celebration. The Lord hasn’t been allowing me to do much outside of my prayer room these days, so I really pressed in for clarity and direction. As I prayed into this event, God made our assignment very clear–and very emphatic:
LOVE THEM!
To tell the truth, I would have loved to see God’s glory fall in power over the entire park, but God’s ways are higher than my ways. My part is only to trust and obey Him. And as we walked in obedience, He continued to amaze us! Our booth was busy from the opening of the park at 9 a.m. until closing at 6 p.m. as people came for prayer and encouragement. We were so blessed to witness deliverance from oppressive spirits, blessings released over families, the baptism of the Holy Spirit on a new believer, and we stand in faith for the manifestation of healings that were released.
We saw God’s hand in every aspect of the event, from losing our booth spot and given another with more shade and out of range of the loud speakers, to our new spot placing us just across the road from another booth of powerful prayer warriors–who had also been moved! Then there were appointments that only God could have made that allowed us to share God’s love.
A local radio station usually hosts a Christian band at this event, but that didn’t happen this year. We were disappointed not to have that extra boost to help change the atmosphere. I have to admit I thought it would be an uphill battle because of that, but God is so good. Once we stepped out in faith, the Holy Spirit met us in power, and prophecy began to flow. We were told by so many people how glad they were that we were there, which was even more confirmation. And if anyone came to oppose us, as is often the case, we never knew it.
I praise God for the growth He has brought in all of us in the past year, both in Spiritual gifts and in boldness. It’s amazing what He will do when we surrender to Him. Gracie’s fierce faith in prayer never ceases to blow me away. Many people needing healing ask for her specifically to pray for them. What can I say? The girl gets results. Oh, for the faith of a child!
Our prayer going in was that everyone who came to our prayer booth would leave knowing they were loved, and I think we did that. You know you’ve had an awesome experience when you can barely function the next day for the residual power of the Holy Spirit.
Seeing our Prayer Request jar filled to the top at the end of the day was a wonderful testimony to the faith of the believers in our valley. It is such an honor and privilege to pray for our neighbors, and we expect great things from God as we continue to declare Isaiah 35 and stand in faith for revival in the state of Washington and the Pacific Northwest!

Heavenly Father, pour out Your Spirit! Nothing is too difficult for You! We need Your healing! We need Your power! We need Your love! Break the chains of bondage that make us slaves to sin and sickness! Open our hearts, Father, that we might know You in all Your fullness and glory! Forgive our sins, Lord, and heal our hearts, that we might love one another as You love us! Make us one by Your Spirit! In Jesus’ name, Amen! And Amen!
God’s grace and peace be with you, and remember, you were created to walk in liberty!
