I just watched the most powerful movie I’ve seen since The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. Filmed in 2011, it’s called October Baby and stars Rachel Hendrix, Jason Burkey, and John Schneider.
Beautifully filmed and acted, October Baby is a moving story of forgiveness and redemption. It is intended for mature audiences (PG-13) due to its subject matter, however there is no fowl language or sexual content, making it an ideal movie for a family with older kids to watch together.
I strongly recommend that you watch October Baby. Pile up your comfy blankies and pillows, heat up the cocoa, pop the corn, grab a couple boxes of soft tissue, and prepare to have your heart touched.
