Today’s Promise is Colossians 2:9, 10 NKJV:
“For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.”
Devotion:
Only by remaining in Christ, not putting Him on and taking Him off, like a coat once or twice a week, but wearing Him like our own skin day after day, can we find His fullness. Only then are we complete-on earth as we are in Heaven. Meditating on who He is and all He has done for you is a wonderful way to enter into and remain in His presence, as it initiates praise and worship. And God lives in our praise!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, You are beautiful beyond words! You are my Life and my Salvation. Your love for me has saved me, and healed me, and You are at work sanctifying me every day. I praise and glorify You for all Your goodness! Walk with me, Lord, in Jesus’ name, today and always, and make me to see the world through Your eyes of love. Amen!
