Today’s Promise is Joshua 1:3 NKJV:
“Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.”
Devotion:
This promise God made to Moses and fulfilled with Joshua was only a foreshadowing of His Kingdom, which Jesus established through His death and resurrection. He then sent His Spirit to empower His people. Not to rest on our laurels until He returns, but to retake the earth and establish His Kingdom. What territory has God given you to take in His name? Ask, and you will receive!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, let me stand in Your victory, in Jesus’ name. Let me not give one inch to the defeated enemy, but make me bold to take and hold the land You have given me, just like Joshua and Caleb. I am more than a conqueror in You! Amen!
