Today’s Promise is Acts 10:43 CJB:
“All the prophets bear witness to him, that everyone who puts his trust in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”
Devotion:
Jesus is not one of the “many ways to God.” From the beginning of time He was, is, and ever will be the ONLY way. No other was prophesied thousands of years before his birth. No other was born of a virgin, lived a blameless life, only to be crucified, rose again three days later, and ascended into Heaven before witnesses. Most importantly, no other was 100% man and 100% God. “The wages of sin are death,” and only Jesus, the Son of God, was qualified to pay our debt. That is why we put our trust in Him. There is no other.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, You planned to save me from eternal death all along. Thank You for loving me like no other can, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
