Today’s Promise is Psalm 71:5 NKJV:
“For You are my hope, O Lord GOD; You are my trust from my youth.”
Devotion:
The world would have you believe that putting your hope in what you cannot see is foolish. But time and experience have taught me that placing my hope in people, money, health, talent, education, etc., leads only to disappointment and discouragement. They have also taught me that my “unseen” God never fails. Put your hope in Him. He will never fail you!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, please help me to remember, in Jesus’ name, that, even when everything else seems to be falling in around me, You are in control. And You work all things to my good. Amen.
