Today’s Promise is Ephesians 3:20 NKJV:
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”
Devotion:
I pray this entire prayer every day over all the Ekklesia, the called out ones. But this part thrills me every time. Just think, of all the things we can imagine or ask God for with our limited scope of imagination, He can do “exceedingly abundantly above!” By reminding ourselves of this each day and stating in faith that we believe it, we open the door to endless possibilities. We release that power of the Risen Christ within us to blow our own minds! God is so much bigger than us. When we can imagine, our professed faith in His greatness makes Him bigger in us. Are you ready for God’s greatness in your life?
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I believe that You can do greater things in and through me than I could ever imagine. I surrender to You, Lord. Show me Your greatness, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
