Miracles, Signs, & Wonders

Today’s promise is Hebrews 2:4 NIV:

“God also testified to it [salvation] by signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.”

God still testifies to His Salvation by signs, wonders, miracles, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The importance of this testimony can be seen by the enemy’s two-fold attack on it. The spirit of fear sits at the gate, convincing believers that these are the works of the devil, that they will be led astray if they embrace the works of the Holy Spirit. At the other end, the spirit of pride waits for those who do enter in, ready to convince them that they are more than mere servants, and tempt them to impose their own will over the Lord’s.

So, how do we step into the anointing of the Holy Spirit and move in His power free from fear and pride? It’s quite simple. By making your temple (that’s you) a house of prayer. Cultivating an attitude of worship and prayer is the key to unity with the Lord, keeping you humble and teaching you to discern His voice. When we abide in the Lord, He will move through us in power, and all the glory will be His.

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your supernatural power. Help me press into You constantly, that I might know and trust Your voice. Help me to look to You first in all things, to move when You move, and to speak when You speak. I am your servant, Lord. Use me to draw others to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Have a victorious day in the Lord!
