Today’s Promise is Psalm 103:12 NKJV:
“As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.”
Devotion:
Humility should be the natural state of every Christian. Not because we have done evil things in our lives, but because God had compassion on us. Because of our sorrow for what we have done, He took our iniquity away. If you have repented of your sin, it is gone. Swallowed up in Christ. Stop looking toward the west expecting to find it there. Look to the east, for the Son of Righteousness has risen upon you with healing in His wings!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You, for Your great love for me. Thank You for loving me, when I least deserved it, and restoring me to Your Kingdom. Lord, help me live a life that reflects my gratitude for Your love and grace. Help me to extend that grace to others, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
