Today’s promise is Romans 5:19 NKJV:
“For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.”
Devotion:
We had no choice when we were born into sin. Adam made that choice for us. But, because Jesus made a choice to pay our debt with His life, we do have a choice: allow Him to recreate us in His likeness, or continue in our sin. Through Christ’s work on the Cross, we have been given the choice of life or death. Do you believe Christ gave His life for you? Are you choosing life?
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me so much that You gave Your all to be with me forever. Help me to show You my gratitude by giving my all for You, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
