Today’s Promise is Proverbs 3:9, 10 NKJV:
“Honor the Lord with your possessions,
And with the firstfruits of all your increase;
So your barns will be filled with plenty,
And your vats will overflow with new wine.”
Devotion:
When we acknowledge that it is the Lord who provides all our needs by giving Him the first of all our increase, whether it be our day, our food, our income, or anything else, we will never lack in provision or joy. The Kingdom of God is not about acknowledging what is in front of us at the moment, but abiding in the reality of our infinite God and His faithfulness to provide for all our days.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for taking care of me. Help me to live my faith by giving You the first of everything, in Jesus’ name. Bless me with plenty, Lord, as I bless others in faith. Amen.
