His God teaches him.”
Devotion:
Ultimately, only God can teach us who God is. While it is good to assemble together to share and worship, it is no substitute for one-on-one time with the Lord, getting to know Him, learning to recognize His voice, and discovering His incomparable love for us. This is the key to spiritual growth. Make an appointment to be alone with God every day and see what great and mighty things He will show you!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I want to know You. Help me make time with You my main priority. Draw me to You, Lord, in Jesus’ name, and be my heart’s desire. Amen.
