Promise of the Day: Seeing God’s Face

Faithful Servant

Blessings!

Today’s Promise is Psalm: 11:7 CJB:

For Adonai is righteous;
he loves righteousness;
the upright will see his face.”

Devotion:

The name Adonai speaks of our Lord and Master, three persons in one. Jesus was the expression of His Righteousness, that through Him, by the work of the Holy Spirit, we might become righteous. That we might meet with Him face-to-face. Not just in the “hereafter” but in the here-and-now. Do you want to see God’s face? Let His righteousness work in you. Submit fully to His guidance and correction and don’t resist. Don’t let this promise go unfulfilled in your here-and-now.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, I want to see Your face. Help me to surrender to You, in Jesus’ name, abandoning my pride, that I may walk in Your Son’s righteousness. Take my hand, Lord and show me the way to Your Throne Room, that I may bring Your glory down to earth. Amen.

Have a victorious day in the Lord!

Rebecca
