Today’s Promise is Isaiah 42:9 CJB:
“See how the former predictions come true;
and now new things do I declare —
before they sprout I tell you about them.”
Devotion:
I recently had another dream in which God told me He is doing something completely new. He was emphatic that we cannot prepare for it as we have prepared for His moves in the past. New moves of God tend to frighten believers who are entrenched in tradition. But God has not given us a spirit of fear. Another thing God has shown me repeatedly is that He will do it all. All He asks of us is that we suit up and show up. We do this by pressing into God and seeking Him with all our hearts. God is seeking surrendered spirits to move with Him into this new season. Won’t you join us?
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, reveal the parts of me that I need to surrender to You, in Jesus’ name, that I may draw closer to You and hear Your voice clearly. I want to move with You into this exciting new season. Amen.
