Today’s Promise is Ephesians 1:13 NKJV:
“In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.”
Devotion:
The Word says that we did not choose God, but He chose us. When we were separated from Him by sin, there was a part of us that knew something was missing. Nothing we found could fill that void, until we heard His voice. Then we knew. It’s by God’s grace that we know who we are and where we belong, and nothing can take that away from us. So many of our brothers and sisters are still searching. Our prayers and testimonies can bring them home. Do you know someone who’s searching, today?
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for not leaving me at the mercy of Satan. Thank You for loving me so much You gave Your all to get me back. Father, pour out Your Spirit on Your servant, in Jesus’ name, that I might be used by You to call Your lost sheep home. Amen.
