Today’s Promise is John 14:26 NKJV:
“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.”
Devotion:
The Holy Spirit is a person–seeking a relationship with each of us. He lives to draw us closer to our Savior, that we might be transformed into His image from glory to glory, and bring Him glory on earth. The more time we spend talking with Him, the more familiar His voice becomes. And the words He speaks to us will never deviate from those of our Savior. He will never lead us astray.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me Your Son to show me the way back to You. And thank You for sending me Your Spirit to lead and guide me along the way. I know that apart from You, I can do nothing. But with You, all things are possible, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
