“The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever.”
Devotion:
“And the Word became flesh!” Some people spend their entire lives pursuing fame, fortune, or some perceived notion of success. But none of these will stand the test of time. Jesus is everlasting. Nothing on earth equals His splendor and glory. Nothing can fulfill you or bring you joy like Jesus. No one will ever LOVE you like your Savior. And He will never go away. Ever. Set your heart on the eternal.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, the world seems chaotic and uncertain. But You are the same yesterday, today, and forever. I can count on You! Thank You for being my constant. Thank You that You will never fade away. In Jesus’ name, I praise you. Amen.
