Today’s Promise is Isaiah 35:8 NKJV:
“A highway shall be there, and a road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
The unclean shall not pass over it,
But it shall be for others.
Whoever walks the road, although a fool,
Shall not go astray.”
Devotion:
In the coming days, and even now, those who have sanctified themselves unto the Lord will walk in God’s glory. The Holy Spirit will direct all their ways. You don’t have to be “ordained” by an organization or have a lot of letters after your name, or even be a minister to walk this highway. You just have to be surrendered to the Lord. The Holy Spirit will work through you. But He will not dwell in an unclean vessel. Choose today to set yourself apart from the world for God’s purpose. I want to see you on the Highway of Holiness!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, You promised to dwell in me and walk in me. Please help me surrender my all to You each day, in Jesus’ name, and sanctify me, Lord, that I may be filled to overflowing with You, and walk Your highway. Amen.
