Blessings!
Today’s Promise is Ephesians 1:3, 6 CJB:
“Praised be Adonai, Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, who in the Messiah has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heaven. In the Messiah he chose us in love before the creation of the universe to be holy and without defect in his presence. He determined in advance that through Yeshua the Messiah we would be his sons — in keeping with his pleasure and purpose — so that we would bring him praise commensurate with the glory of the grace he gave us through the Beloved One.”
Devotion:
How humbling to know that we were chosen by God before we were even created. Warts and all. And He has already blessed us with every spiritual gift in the Heavenly places. There are a lot of spiritual blessings in the heavenly realm, and they are already ours! We only need to receive them and walk in them. This is God’s reality, and those who believe on His Son must come into agreement with it if we are to become fully mature disciples of Christ. Begin each day thanking God for these gifts, praising and worshiping Him for His goodness which endures forever. Then watch the power of God come to life in you.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I glorify You! Thank You for all of Your blessings! Please, reveal to me anything is hindering me from receiving all You have stored up for me, in Jesus’ name, that I may repent and break it off. Help me to trust in Your promises, receive Your blessings, and use them all to glorify You all the more. Amen.
